Configure automated payment reminders

Intended outcome

Enable only the reminders you want and confirm delivery attempts.

Verify tenant email, lease, and charge records.

Open the account menu, choose Account settings, review Automated tenant notifications, and save each reminder setting.
Under Portfolio, open Tenants and review the tenant's Automated payment reminders.
Confirm the email address.
Under Rent, open Email activity to review generated notifications and delivery attempts.

Eligible unpaid or partially paid charges can generate the enabled reminders.

Check account settings, tenant settings, charge status, and timing when no reminder appears.
Review delivery detail when email fails.
Record the payment or disable the reminder when it should stop.

Use delivery history to confirm what was attempted; an email attempt does not prove the message was read.
