Generate and download a lease agreement

Steps

1. Under Leases, open Lease register, select the lease, and review every section.
2. Resolve all readiness messages.
3. Choose the generate action and wait for completion.
4. Open agreement details and download the document.
5. Review the full file outside the application before signing.

Expected result

The generated agreement is associated with the lease and available to download.

Common problems

• Resolve required readiness items when generation is unavailable.
• Update source fields and regenerate when information is stale.
• Allow browser downloads and retry from agreement details.
